Any intention of adding integrated AAA or SAM? I know the M42 Duster AAA vehicle deployed to some Fire bases in the Vietnam area, same with the HAWK systems.

As for sensors, in addition to Binos and NODLR (Night Observation Device Long Range), the US was using an unmanned ground sensor, can't remember the details. Not sure when the AN/TPQ-36 Firefinder radar went into use, I think it was the late 60's or early 70's. I don't think they would have had the TPQ-37s forward in the fire bases. Not sure if they were using acoustic sensors, the Brits were in Malaysia

The Assies were using the AN/KPQ-1 radar. http://www.locatingartillery.org/ANKPQ-1/ANKPQ-1%20Vietnam%20Final.pdf

Is there a sensor system molded on an infantry patrol? That was one of the main ways of finding stuff in the jungle. Things like noisemakers and trip flairs were also use to great extent.
