Probably not. In real operation, the SA-6 is launched from the 1S91 control cabin, not from the TEL (this is largely because the missile is command-guided for most of its flight, and needs to communicate with the FCR before launch). I also suspect that there is an electronic interlock in the TELs to prevent them from firing without a command vehicle being attached, though this might be removed as a field expedient. It's possible that the SARH all the way Buk system could launch with an external illumination source, though, but it certainly isn't part of the standard (or approved) operational regime.
