Worldtraveller -> Patches for this game still available? (4/19/2014 2:25:11 AM)

I know back when I originally purchased SSTGS, there were some patches for it that came out shortly after. I just re-installed the game from CD, but I can't find any of the patches online. Does Matrix have these in an archive somewhere?
Also, is there a way to verify the installation without doing a complete re-install? I'm getting an error in one of the pre-designed single shot missions. During the Situation screen, it gives a list of errors like "Unknown Ship Type - Raider". I can get the exact messages and mission if this is a new bug.
