The 99 turn of game (scenario 1941-1945) germany Panther battalions
receive nr. 51 and 52 which then are picked up. In return Division Panzergrenadier G.D.
gets ubgarde TOE (OB) nr.83 of 1943 Panther D status, which complement the pool additions.
As a result, Germany losers are almost 200p. Panthers D!
We must also admit that 850p. Panthers D produced historically in the game
germany have access to a half of the state.
Proposed changes: Allow two battalions 51 and 52 to the end of the game
but removed from the TOE (OB) no.83 Panthers D.
This will give the Germans more than 500p. this equipment at your disposal.
