So I have been playing against Walter for several years, and he is a fine and honorable opponent...but I have been the Japanese for all that time. I would like to try my hand at the Allies. Now for the dangerous part. I have been playing against the AI using the Ironman Scenario...and out of curiosity I opened the Japanese side and poked around....what I found is a bit interesting. Yes...Japan starts with a HUGE Navy and airforce. But their manufacturing is not so great...they have no more oil production than normal (though they start with a fantastic stockpile)...their army is not as beefed up as their Navy is... I wonder...if the US was less unprepared...if their torpedoes worked...would they be able to make a good fight against such an overpowered Japan? Here's what I would like to do: Need a Japanese opponent to run the Ironman Scenario. Reliable US torpedoes ON Historical First Turn OFF December 7th Surprise OFF Anyone can move anything they want Day 1 including Allied attacks against Japanese bases...assume codebreakers have convinced the US government that war is going to start on Dec 7 or whatever. PP's paid to cross borders with restricted units Any takers?
