Coiler12 -> New Scenario for Testing: Battle for Ulleungdo (1996) (5/20/2014 8:31:39 PM)

1990s scenario featuring a clash between the South Korean and a somewhat ahistorically powerful North Korean navy. This is an early version, so the briefing is very rudimentary. Playable by either side.

(I noticed the CIWS isn't working well, and don't know if that's a bug or if it's by design.)

EDIT: Forgot to add in the actual scenario, now fixed.

Tried this one and it scored as a major victory with 300 points. I played as South Korea and lost the one ship.
There are a couple of things that I suspect make it easier than intended. The weather is set at 0, and the enemy subs go to periscope depth both with active radar and sonar. They tend to get picked up easily as a result.
There's also an awful lot of them, I sank seven and at times a torpedo shot that overshot and missed was in danger of sinking a target I hadn't detected yet. That did make the ASW part a bit simpler from my point of view.
The different task groups likely need to be named , mine was a default group number I think.
At start the message log also needs clearing I reckon.

With those minor adjustments It would look done to me, would appreciate others thoughts.
