Hi! I saw this new feature; just wondering what it actually does? Couldn't find anything about it in the new manual.

This is just a cosmetic feature that turns off various items in the zoomed-out galaxy view: ships and bases, sector boundaries, empire territory, location names and other UI items.

Thanks Elliot, how does this differ from just unchecking all the boxes?

A couple of things I noticed, that can't be done by unchecking any other boxes:

1. The gridlines for the sectors are gone, along with the sector identifiers.
2. Those names printed in the background over nebulas and the like (you know, the nebula names, etc.) are also gone.

Interesting; not sure if I'll use it, as I like my galaxy view to be my strategic planning view, but I'm sure others will find it fantastically useful. Thank you! :)
