Veracity -> RE: Build 521 TLAM-D Bug (5/26/2014 7:53:54 PM)

ORIGINAL: emsoy TLAM-D drops its munitions and then slams into the target with its 100kg unitary warhead, destroying the weapon itself. The weapon can penetrate light buildings before detonating. There were some post-strike photos in the 1990s of Iraqi targets hit by this weapon. Seems it was primarily used against airfields, a typical deployment method was to sprinkle the tarmacs with submunitions and then slam into a nearby hangar with the 100kg warhead. Hi So after switching to opfor, there were no sub-munition impact calculations in the log. It only reported blast damage once per missile. I was aware of the RW characteristics of the munition regarding it's final phase attack with the unitary warhead, (also that was true for JSOW-A) but did not know it was re designed to be simulated in that manner. In previous builds, it was behaving as a simple cluster weapon. If that's changed and now both elements of CEM and unitary damage are simulated, could the log be updated to report both? I think the animation should be that of a cluster burst considering that's its primary function. Thanks, Paul
