kevini1000 -> question about garrisons (5/27/2014 8:44:22 PM) I've had the game for a while but I'm new to the changes in the latest patch. I can see that garrisons can't railed. I tried to look for something that explained all the changes in the patch but could find nothing. Are you free to move garrisons to anywhere you want without penalty?
