google ccleaner, it's totally free, if it's not then you're on the wrong page / site etc then once it's downloaded and installed, run it. if you have used the default install for DWU, it makes a folder on the c drive. plus links elsewhere, most uninstalls remove these temp or save game locations as well, some don't. C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Code Force Limited\Distant Worlds\1.9.5.0\ (it's hidden on osme machine so you will have to enable it / unhide it to see it, if there's anyting left there, delete it, the whole code force limited folder and then your done... used with cleaner program, no left over files will be on the pc or in regestry.. this is where ccleaner and there type come into there own, removing dupes and left over files / folders, internet junk etc etc, and is 100% and you can make a backup before removing if you want, but tbh it's not needed as who wants to add junk back.... ccleaner has also got a registry cleaner, which i use all the time, again it's 100% and also makes backup if you need to use it, this will remove any left over stuff that the uninstaller leave behind [image]local://upfiles/43185/6AB8CDB3C3DA4FA1933FDA3FF23388EE.gif[/image]
