Just finished another attempt with NASA Sandbox mode.
This time the play finish with success, but delayed, as usual.

Modify the scen as:
Initial Money: 90000 (my intention was had a decent reserve to buy the Apollo program when available but finally was impossible due again to heavy cost)

Seasonal budget: (Period-Max Budget)
1-7500
2-15000
3-27500
4-40000
5-50000
6-60000
7-75000

With those changes, the game works average. No money to secondary missions (Biosatellite, Micrometeoroids, Spaceplane). However, when Short lunar missions were available, no money to buy the apollo so derive to Gemini Direct Ascent.

4/57: First satellite.
4/59: Moon flyby
2/61: Manned suborbital
1/62: Moon orbit
2/62: One crew orbital
1/66: Moon probe landing
4/66: Two crew orbital
1/67: First EVA
2/67: Venus flyby
1/68: First Rendezvous
4/68: Agena docking
2/69: Mars flyby
2/70: Two crew Moon orbit
4/70: Mercury flyby
3/73: Two crew Moon landing Direct Ascent
1/74: Mars probe landing
1/76: Jupiter flyby

Total launches: 56
Failures: 17
Crew Deaths: 2
(Gemini IX was stranded in orbit after retrofire failure)

REMARKS:

-Please, attach the Saturn probe as former versions.
-IMHO the ratio of failures in the missions is very hard. Yes, it's true, if you had high level CM people you can fix the most but if you had a bad luck with choose the CM personnel...it's almost impossible fly missions with so much steps like Circumlunar or EOR.
