How is it done :D? I'm only able to do it via the suggestions..

Press F1 and go into the colonies screen, select the colony, click the facilities tab, select the hidden pirate base and then click attack. Darkspire

Woah thanks! Would have been pretty hard to find it, tried pretty much everywhere..
