Cannot attack pirate criminal network or pirate base facilities on a planet conquered by my troops. Planet is Ehlit in the galactic southeast. The Attack button is greyed out. Curiously, the Pirate Fortress is missing. Save file is uploaded as 1951cannotattackpiratebaseEhlit on the FTP.
