thefinn12345 -> Request to lift trade sanctions. (6/16/2014 10:32:22 PM)

If I put a trade sanction on someone, the computer is constantly sending me requests to lift sanctions - constant spam sometimes 2-3 at a time. It is driving me ****ing mental.

Can we get this turned off ? I have tried messages - war and trade sanctions, requests warnings and gifts, none of it seems to work.

Please, any suggestions ?

it's the friends of the empire that you are initiating trade sanctions against.

It's an AI strategy. They spam the request with the sound effect again again and again until you give up and accepte.

Well for me it helped when I modded the sound away and accepted that the upper right corner was primarily for spam with no need for more than a cursory glance.

It's just as bad with the constant, "now you are sanctioned against" vs "we lift sanctions", plus pirate requests for protection. As if I'd ever pay a fraction of their requests.

i know right and if you suppress all pop ups the requests that you want to see you have no way of doing so.
