warzer -> 1.9.5.4 out of memory crash (6/24/2014 10:27:09 PM)

Just wanted to continue to post these errors as they show up in new versions. Saved game is up to 148MB.
No matter how many abandoned ships i delete, kill, etc the save just grows and grows. Takes about 10m save on a ssd.

I have a similar crash on 1.9.5.4, on Windows 7 x64, 6 GB of RAM, plenty of swap

My new one for today. I do not think i will be able to finish yet another game. This happened after less then 20m of loading the save game. Which is now 171MB

Just an update:

I noticed that these crashes only happen on the Steam version. When I run the standalone version, everything works fine. Let me know if you would like me to upload a save game.

In either case, the process listed in Task Manager is "Distant Worlds.exe *32", which seems to be the 32-bit executable. How can I launch the 64-bit version?
