(6/26/2014 3:46:58 PM) Got a buggy barren rock moon in my game - i cant build mining station on it because i dont have money states the game tooltip in lower left corner - yet i can build monitoring station at it at 3800(mining station cost 3100) and all this with 189k+ cash on hand.

It is a pain to notice since the two cash values change at frequent intervals. And with positive cashflow, just wait for them to get some.
