Someone who played Close Combat since the beginning, not passing all series, haven't you noticed since the new series Matrix, we lose in gameplay? Let me explain, German troops easily make the ersatzs have from the outset low morale,
even accompanied by a leader. Troops go one after the other, can not move, lock and do the opposite to go where they are asked. We lost a lot in gameplay, because i've not experienced with CCIII series, Iron Cross etc...
In addition, i still can't explain why it doesn't recover the crews of armored slaughtered? They could continue to fight? And finally, the sniper is totally ineffective.

I do not feel a lose of gameplay. In fact all the features that you say as lose with the matrix games, they were not in the previous CC games. The unique feature that we lose with the last versions, probably it is how now if you give a order to one unit as ambush, it continues following the order forever, they have not own initiative after sometime or when they are far from command teams. But.....this change was requested by many of the people.

At the end, if you want better snipers and more, you can edit the game by yourself. This is probably the unique great feature that CC games lose with matrix games but I do not think that it is a matrix fault. It is a fault from the people themself which they have forgotten how the games can be edited adding many new features.

I still say that before we have a better control of our troops, now we assity a ia playing for us, and we become spectators. You may have noticed that the troops and ersazt zugtrupp same meeting, after firing on a squad's storming, don't hurt and kill any and all go one after the other. Before, we could back in more locations covered, the time it finds its full moral. The ia is now made even if they're us troops, but inferior to the enemy, it'snt possible to order our troops and delivering one after the other, lock, go. It's obvious compared to other CC especially up the CCIV series.

As we could recover crews destroyed armored and use it as reinforcement. Even the servants of panzefaust ambush are often identified before destroying a tank. The ia always pour a rain of shells, destroying all our surprise effects. I can't find more surprise and the effect of the stranglehold that we had before the game It's sad but that's how. As you say, the demanding community has transformed the spirit and interest of the game Luckily, we found better effects and image quality, everything else, it's superfluous.

If I have understood correctly, you are not happy with your troops responding to your orders (in 100% realism setting). I agree they don't charge properly or retreat properly when under fire anymore. They start crawling on their bellies and do random s***. I hope they fix this somehow. I hope it is possible, since it was not like that in CC5.

Checking the "Always Obey Orders" setting improves this behavior, however then it also disables some of the psychological engine. (Individual units don't surrender any more etc.)
