Evrett -> troop power bonus from resources (7/20/2014 11:38:09 PM)

When a resource present on the planet grants bonus strength to troops built there the value is usually ~5. Is there something I'm missing or is that a very low bonus when troop strength averages in the 700's and often much higher.

Maximum base troop strength is 200, and most troops are around 100.
