Hi,

I'm on turn 6 and I have this Hiwis in my german pool

How and when may I use them ???

Hiwis are sent to units after certain date. Maybe in '42? For now you just gather them from destroyed Soviet units and captured cities.

It is my opinion that the improvements you have effected have greatly improved the game !
