- The Assessment button does not see achieved goals within the current program, and falsely flags them as unachieved.
Examples can be seen in the attached save file. I have achieved nearly all of the goals in the "Project Apollo Tests in Earth Orbit", but if one clicks the Assessment button for any of the Mission Configurations from Suborbital Flight onwards, it will falsely flag reliability penalties due to unachived goals.

Here's a screen capture of a set of false flags for the Apollo Orbital mission. I have actually achieved all three of these goals.
Fortunately, it looks like during the mission itself, the false penalties are not applied.

Possible qualifier: This game was started under 7.24.1, then continued under 7.25.

Thanks for reporting this. I came across this bug a few days ago, it's fixed now, you'll get it in 0.7.26. If you want more background info about this bug, please check this thread.

Surgeon too I guess. oops wrong place. It was meant as commen too the post of not needing capcom on uncrewed missions.
