I would really like to buy this game, if it were fixed. Oil and aircraft ratings are really messed up, according to old posts. And pilot pools might be, too. A patch was supposed to fix some things, but was never finished. What a shame. And a bargain on a broken game is no bargain at all. I check every few weeks for news, but no joy yet.

Is it a "database issue", something in a script that could be modified, or in the .exe code -- (no hope of changing that)?

The game has pretty much been abandoned by its makers. So what you see is what you get. There is a DB editor that you can download and tweak aircraft performance and a couple of other things, but that is as far as it goes. But for now and I am sure for a long time to come. This is going to be the only WWII strategic bombing game. So enjoy it for what it is.

i too would like to see this one fixed - it would be great for Grigsby to just make these corrections - would this be difficult? why continuie selling it if it is discontinued re its support? t

I also would very much like to see it improved. It's a flawed masterpiece. For some of us the flaws are deeper than others.
