Hoping this can be done by passing the file? I was hoping to set up a 3 player allies vs the Japanese AI, and was wondering if someone could give some good/normal ways the allied duties could be split up? By areas of operation? By nations? I have seen 2 x 2 PBEM games have been set up. i understand that team work will be required, which is one of the things we are looking forward to.

Quite simple really. You just need to settle on where you will house the orders in progress file.

1. Divide up the areas for the orders, or agree the order in which the three of you do the orders.
2. The unfinished file (orders in progress) is held either in a public Dropbox folder or on a Google drive folder which you all have access to.
3. Each person does their orders, the last of the three saves the orders file just in case, and also 'ends' the orders for the allies. They then pass the turn to the AI and watch the replay. Each of you notified that the turn is ready should be able to views the replay which will be run by one of you and then stored alongside the other files in either Dropbox or Google Drive.
4. Each of you takes the orders turn according to how you want this done, does their part of the orders and then saves it as uncompleted, puts it back where the others can get at it .... rinse and repeat......

There will be other cloud storage systems you can use, i just mention the two that get the most mentions.

My own suggestion for a three way spilt would be:

1. India and mainland including China
2. DEI Australia and all islands until east of Noumea
3. Pacific and everything else

Gives some coherence and gives a reasonable balance of work load.
