With the latest espionage changes being implemented, I decided to try the Ketarov. So far, I have been able to steal the unique tech of every race in my current game up to the second level. Needless to say, I'm having fun designing ships with all these special techs.

The Ketarov have always been an underrated race, primarily because the AI is so bad at espionage.

The Ketarov are nearly always the early tech leaders in my high tech cost games. They don't come back to the field until most of the galaxy catches up with the pirates.
