Hi all,

I'm not sure this is a bug in 1.2.1.2 or a weird rule that I don't know about. But I can't understand why Germany isn't getting the rumanian oil for production yet is getting the factory.

I'm pretty sure, however not 100% sure, that you've used that oil for reorganisation of your HQ's, planes, ships and automobiles.

I conclude this, since it is the final production phase and during that phase, oil used for reorganisation isn't shown any more in the form. You can use oil only once (either for producrion or for reorganisation).

If I'm right, no bug...
