The weapon accuracy is not particularly terrible for bazooaks, but the conditions under which they're used often make hitting a tank difficult. In Close Combat the psychological model will 'stress' a soldier that is in danger from a nearby tank, and this will decrease accuracy, and if the soldier is under fire at the same time, it will go down much more. For best results, keep your bazooka team hidden in good cover so that they don't come under fire, and keep a command team near them if possible. Then order them to open fire when the tank is ~40m away. Steve
