Hi I also posted a similar thread in the command forum.
my computer crashed and reinstalling all matrix programs. On both command and distant world universe I click
check updates and it starts running the get error message unable to install FTP file.(either install or find.)
please help.

This seems matrix specific and I think a quicker way to get to them is to log a ticket through their support portal here:

http://www.matrixgames.com/support/

If you don't hear from anybody in the next day or so let me know .
