cz6hp4 -> [Suggestion] Clickable Message Notifications (10/22/2014 12:25:07 PM)

Was wondering whether having the ability to click on a contact report in the message log (either on screen or in a separate window) could automatically zoom into that particular area. I find say when there are a lot of information flying around, but say there is a sub contact (considered high priority), it would be nice to be able to click on it and be taken there.

Also, having special messages as a pop up is great, but once you exit I don't think you can re-open them later. Would this be something easily implemented?

I think you find them the message window.

I mean if you get a message like:

3:31:13 AM - Contact: PF #1093 has been classified as: F 76 Jamaran [Moudge Class] - Determined as: Unfriendly (Classification by: Driverette #1 [Sensor: Generic FLIR] at Estimated 37 nm)

You could click it and it would take you to that point on the map

That is on the running poll for upcoming features you'd like to see. I voted it for it some time ago.

Oh yes, I remember I voted [:D]

In that running poll, how many of these have been implemented already as there seems to be a few, maybe we need to create a new one? [:D]

A large number of requests from these lists have been completed. We do look to these lists to help us determine our priorities.

Thanks

Mike
