Pergite! -> Cable Tap 2015 (Nuclear incursion) (10/29/2014 7:50:00 AM)

I just started playing the Cable Tap 2015 (Nuclear incursion) community scenario. All of a sudden I get a message stating "Side NZ now considered hostile", that is the players side. A few seconds later my frigate opens up on a nearby motor yacht:

2015-04-15 10:38:52 - Civillian: Contact: F 77 Te Kaha [Anzac] was observed attacking a friendly unit and is now considered as hostile!

2015-04-15 10:38:54 - : Weapon: 20mm/100 Mk15 Phalanx Blk 1B Burst [300 rnds] missed Civilian Motor Yacht [38m] by 23ft


After close inspection the NZ side has Engage non-hostiles turned on in the ROE. Maybe the scenario constructor should revise this.
