Why are the Russian BB Marat in Lipaja and the LND in Talinn in this example out of supply?

There is a known supply bug on the Task List concerning the capital of Estonia...

Ok, but it seems all Baltic Capitals are prone to this bug.

This bug is still there in V.1.3.3 which ends my solitaire game in turn 2 of this gameversion for good.
Is there hope that this will be solved in the next official version? Would be nice to know because it would help me save time by not taking one more useless try.

PS: How should one even play a Barbarossa Scenario with this bug lurking behind Soviet frontlines?

It doesn't occur in the Barbarossa scenario.

I fixed it for version 1.4.0.2 - which the beta testers received today. It will be available in version 1.4.1.0 - probably next week.
