I have played a number of scenarios and they don't seem to work properly. Just played Surprise Party. Didn't see any enemy or friendly units at all. At one point I was getting messages about action going on somewhere else but I couldn't see anything on the map. After a few hours I got a message saying all was good and the convoy made it to harbour.

Please delete your command.ini file. This file is rewritten if its not present and will reset all settings.
Let me know if you don't see them after.

That worked. But when I finished the scenario I loaded it again and there were no other units again in the second run through.

Are you making any changes to your icon visibility?

If you can post a save game so I can take a look.
