What the ... ? After Goat Simulator there is really a SAM Simulator out there?

well it is ...

both sim and manuals are about 300 megs each.

I also want to add that the author, Hpasp, is one of the most knowledgeable people about soviet SAMs out there.

SAMSIM is very important piece of freely available software that should be considered by every military simulator fan.

It's been around for a few years now.

You'll see just how difficult it is to use some of these systems to hit a plane. I like the SA-5 Tallinn scenario which shows the process in trying to down an SR-71. Or the SA-2F vs SR-71 Dec 1972.
