How long after an invasion(how many turns) do you have to leave an Amphib HQ where you invaded. Can you move it onto land?

Hello, you'll find a similar thread with some answers here -> http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3755226 I don't think you can move an Amphib HQ onto land. It has to go from port to port, or invade.
