AB toe issue

I have 2 games going 1 has AB toe 100 and toe is 100-95/ 100-95 1 has AB toe 100 and toe is 0/0 I have done nothing different in both game vs H Don't ask for saves you know why. There is a bug but can not find it myself so start looking. I jag runs its own bases in both game, supply at 3 each base ect ect everything is 100% the same, can not figue it out

How would you propose to look for this bug without something to look at?

May not be getting any replacements to fill out base. Would be easier to see why if a save attached.
