Kronolog -> Victory points oddity in "Bulge to the Rhine" (12/15/2014 5:30:12 PM)

After four turns of the "Bulge to the Rhine"-scenario, the Germans have accumulated 105 vp's for cities for which they should be awarded 15 points per turn (60 points after four turns). Is this a bug, or have I missed something? The VP's for Bastogne seem to work correctly; the Germans held that city for two turns, so 200 points is right.

The VPs awarded 'each turn' are actually awarded twice per turn. Once at the start of the Axis turn and once at the start of the Allied turn. No, I don't know why, it just is. [&:]
