Ok, I'm snookered,

I'm playing the 43'-45 Campaign and I can't seem to get RAF 2nd Tactical Air Force to fly a Ground Support Air Directive.... ANY Ground Support Air Directive. Planes are in range and available (target box shows Green). I've tried changing targets, changing target area, changing target priorities, manualy selecting groups, letting the computer do it on auto, fiddling with just about every setting I can find....nothing and nothing in the Event log about why they aren't flying. I transfer some of the same squadrons to 9th Air Force on the same mission against the same target, and they fly it. Could use some help here. I uploaded the save.

Ground support directive are not executable. You are just ordering to support you ground attack in coming phase. They also allow you to reserve air groups.

Sorry that should read "Ground Attack" not "Ground Support".... It's definitely a Ground Attack mission I'm trying to fly

In the save attached you are targeting single hex with AF which is empty. It won't fly any strikes. It was changed in the patch where it will try to target and damage empty AF. Otherwise there are no port or railyard which are other priorities set. I suggest to have at least min. interdiction set so it will interdict if other target types are no available.

I did that.... it was still a no go..... and I tried changing the target area to 5 hex's wide.... still a no go. See if you can get it to fly ANY Ground Attack mission anywhere against any target... I can't, if you can, let me know and I'll withdraw the tech support request.

Yes it flies for me. You attached just two groups, so not many sorties. Can you change TGT_PRI to set all to IGNORE and add INTERDICT on very high?
