Some of the steps are the same for all aircraft manufacturing, human hands are a big part of even the latest equipment being assembled correctly.

The pilot was manoeuvring during an exercise, and then all of a sudden he found himself hanging in a parachute out in the cold open air. Must have been quite a surprise. I think they concluded that he had to thick thighs and that they somehow during the flight interacted with the ejection levers during high G:s. They subsequently fixed the setup to get rid of that problem. Nice factory pictures!
