I am playing several H v AI and after I down loaded patch it is giving the allied side 20 vp's and one game the weather is very bad so no bombing and garrisons are all good.

Anyone else seeing same thing?

Would need to see a save, but the bombing points you score are cumulative. That is if you cause a lot of damage in one turn, you will continue to score points for factories that are damaged until they are repaired. Especially in 1943 bombing points can be higher now then they used to be (see the patch notes). However, it is also harder to cause very large damage so it evens out.
