SaintEx -> Getting the RAF off the night shift (12/29/2014 5:18:35 PM)

Here's a question: it seems to me that RAF bomber command can't aim better than a four year old boy who just learned to pee standing up. Pretty historical, I suppose, but frustrating. So why not switch them to day bombing? I've just tried a couple of turns in the full campaign with the Lancs and Halifaxes bombing the Ruhr during the day and they seem to be doing much better. Of course, their losses are up but the ROI seems pretty good to me. However, I switched a few LR fighters into bomber command and they don't seem to want to accompany the heavies. Not sure why (I changed the AB HQ to bomber command). Anyway, does anybody see a problem with this aside from the undoubtedly ahistorical nature of it? For that matter, does anyone else regularly do this? The one issue I can see is that with their lower ceilings (compared to the yanks) the Brits will probably take more flak losses, so I figure I should keep them out of the real flack alleys (and yes, I moved the Stirlings out and bumped everyone else up to 21K). Other than that, though, what do you think?
