Could someone point me to the manual pages on refit? I can't seem to find them. From reading other threads I'm starting to think the unit and its HQ need to be on refit...is that right? If so, do I need to have special refit HQs sitting on depots; withdraw units to the same hex; reassign to the HQ; switch unit to refit (and HQ to refit on?).

From page 187 of the manual:

20.6.7. Refit Mode
Units in refit on any depot will act in every supply subsegment
regardless of their TOE in order to try to fill up
to their MAX TOE percent (20.5.1), drawing from other
depots as well as the one in which they are located.

I don't think the HQ unit needs to be on refit as well, though pressing the refit on a HQ unit puts all it's subordinate units into refit mode.
