Am I missing something important? Should I be bombing cities more? What's your bombing strategy?
AFAICT, bombing cities and ports is a waste of time. Bombing the Kurresare port as the Germans used to be important, because it allowed a quick sealift into Riga, but that exploit got squashed long ago.
Bombing units in strong/key defensive positions does seem to work, though. Although you do not see many losses, there is often considerable increase in disruption, which increases the likelihood that the ground assault will succeed.
