Floatplanes on WW2 BBs (Full Version)

How do I configure float planes correctly so that they can launch from ww2 era Battleships? In the attached scenario, I have put three of what I feel are the appropriate aircraft onto BB67 Montana, but the aircraft won't launch and keep cycling through a "Waiting for available taxiway/elevator" state.

Hi if you look at the other BBs in the CWDB they have a cat, short runway and arrest gear its a sorta work round to launch floatplanes from ships but it does work
