I have this odd situation which has not happened in many plays of this game. I am playing as the Axis, we are a dozen turns into the game. I have a German division which is locked. The game recognizes it as an active unit, but when the unit is highlighted it has no movement options. Kind of a bug, would be glad to share files if helpful
