Log window no longer displays (Full Version)

I see the log window in my task bar, but it won't open/maximize. If I exit the log window from the task bar or un-check the option in the menu, the logs return to the in-game display just fine.

Try Game->Game Options->reset the position of secondary windows if this happens.

And do that while you have closed it (so while you see it just fine in the in game display, hit the button mike mentioned, then reselect again to display in separate window. Should work)

Had this happen to me once or twice (I like to have the message log open on a 2nd monitor).

Another way to fix it (on win 7, need someone to chime in if this works on other versions) I found is that if you hover your mouse over the program on the task bar, then right click on the preview you can select
"move" and drag it back out from behind the other window.
