Got to ask this since I couldn't find anything in manual:
How do you replace non-Russian units (Ukrainians, Baltic, Finnish...)?
In several of my games my non-Russian were never got replacements once depleted of infantry (unit remains only with artillery) even that my infantry pool was well supplied, unit was in depo and stance was on retreat stance (as suggested by manual).

On replacement screen (F3 key) you have to choose correct flag and buy replenishments for non-Russian units. I think you have to have at least one province belonging to corresponding nationality.

Actually I checked this first, no such thing for Finnish/Ukrainan/Baltic/Caucasus toops, just Russan flag.
I would think they all should come from "russian flag" pool, since they are all part of Russian Empire, but my non-russian troops don't get replecments...should they be in appropriate location (Finnish troops in Finland) to get proper replecment?

I don't think they have to be in appropriate province. I think they should get replacements from Russian force pool. I'm playing as central powers (early 1915) and it seems that my hungarian or polish units are getting reinforcements from austrian pool. I didn't pay a lot of attention to that, but I didn't find any special problems with my "non-austrian" austrian units.
Check out Ageods forum, people are more active there.
