Nice to see that others than David Boutwell are willing to continue process of SPCW mod for SPWAW:). David made great screenshots about his modifications in some topic. Those menus were made by Bob Wallace, artist of Matrix. So, I think that you will get his email address easily;)... Hopefully he could tell you did he used any other graphics program than SHPEdit (Paint Shop Pro?).
I'm sorry that this is "off-topic" here in SPWAW-forum but I think that you will see this faster than in some other sub-forum.
