Where is going my helicopter? It was assigned to Anti Sub Patrol mission, but it decided to flee. Desertion? [:)]

Did I mistake something or is it a bug?

It is engaged offensive on the 4+ hour old unfriendly sub contact with a huge uncertainty zone and it is plotting to somewhere in the zone. Drop the sub contact (select it and hit P) then unplot the chopper's course (select it and hit F3 twice should work) and then it should replot back in its patrol area.

Thank you, Tomcat. I supposed something like this.

But… if I didn’t select the option “Investigate contacts outside the patrol area” I’d expect the guy not to leave the patrol area. Or not?
