Every Depot in a port in England set to 4. Every Depot in Africa along the rail line from Oran..set to 4 Any place you invade, set the port depot's (and invasion depot's) to 4 The supply originates in the national centers. Practically it has no limit. It flows along the seldom used raillines to the ports where it is shipped to the invasion ports - Sicily, Naples - Cherbourg that sort of thing. You want that as much as possible...to the limit of the port. Now the tricky part. You want the supply in the ports to flow to where your units are. In the beginning...it is easy. They are right there near those ports...but you will break out. As you take ports...set them to 4. You will reach a limit in cargo ships at some point, but probably in the future. You can read in the log to get a feel for it. Later..as you move inland, you want the supply to flow along raillines. Build depots in cities with lots of rail lines. You are fixing the lines, right? These you can number based on need. Odds are you wont get enough supply to attack everywhere...so where your main push is, set the closest depot to 4..the others to 2 or 3. If some area is completely void of combat..say around Marseille then you can set the inland depot to 1 or even 0. Each depot is a guy with his hand out. And you can only hand out so much stuff. If supply seems to be maxed out or building up in the port depots..then you can add extra depots on different rail lines to move it along closer. If the rail line is maxed out in usage, it wont do you much good to add extra depots on it.
