Charest -> Italy (43045) OKW spawn in Marsala! (2/21/2015 11:00:47 PM) Turn 4, without me ever moving the OKW, it spawned in Marsala at the beginning of turn 4... and the icing on the cake... the town is surrounded! I have the save game available. Beta 21.

I can't get it to jump just by running your T3 (at air planning stage). I was hoping to see if it had jumped at start of the WA turn (from WA save - between the two Axis saves).
