According to http://www.kadena.af.mil/units/index.asp at least the 1-1 ADA is located there which is a Patriot organization consisting of 4 batteries, a headquarters (HHB) and a support company. (http://www.usarj.army.mil/organization/1-1ada/index.aspx) According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kadena_Air_Base) when 1-1 ADA arrived in 2006 it was a Patriot PAC-3 unit setup for defense against IRBMs from N. Korea, so MIM-104Fs.
