DeltaIV -> Naval groups and transit throttle problem (2/23/2015 2:58:54 PM)

Build 677
1) Create group of two ships of same type
2) Create patrol zone somewhere far away
3) (Optional) create relative/fixed bearing station
4) Assign the group to patrol mission
I've tested with #256 - 311 Prabrarapak [Type 45], which has following throttle bands:
5kts creep
16kts cruise
32kts full
40kts flank
- If i set transit throttle in mission editor to creep, the group will hold formation and travel at 5kts.
- If i set transit throttle to cruise, they will travel at 12 kts and hold formation. If i unset group lead slowdown, lead ship runs away at 16kts, leaving the second ship behind (which is still traveling at 12kts).
- If set to full, the lead ship escapes the formation at 16kts. With group lead slowdown disabled, it escapes at 32kts. The ship left behind is still doing 12kts.
- Ditto the flank, the speeds is 20kts and 40kts without group lead slowdown. The straggling ship is again at 12kts.
